Below are a few helpful tips regarding the online bill pay process:
What if I don’t have or can’t remember my password?
If we have not assigned you a password, please call 770-502-0226 or click the Customer Login button. If you have forgotten your password, please click the Forgot Password button to contact us. We personally answer each email. Therefore, password requests will be answered Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Password requests made after 5:00 p.m. will be filled the next working day.
Are passwords case sensitive?
Passwords are case sensitive. Be sure to use CAPS when necessary.
One-time payments can be made by credit card or e-check, or you can set up automatic payments with Auto-Pay by credit card or e-check. To avoid late fees, payments made by Auto-Pay must be drafted by the due date.
Will I still receive a paper bill?
If you pay online, you will still receive a paper bill. Since the paper bill is mailed at the same time the electronic bill is uploaded, your paper bill will still show a balance due.
How do I make changes to my billing information?
Click here to update your phone numbers, e-mail address, or billing address, or set up/delete a credit card/e-check or Auto-Pay profile.
Is online bill pay ever unavailable?
The online bill pay system is unavailable daily from 11:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m. for system maintenance.
How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?
All payments are directed through our secure, third-party payment processor, Southeastern Data Cooperative. The payment site is operated and maintained independently of True Natural Gas. After confirmation of payment, Southeastern Data Cooperative will automatically post the payment to your account. The payee on your credit card statement for this transaction will be listed as "SEDC Utility Payment."
