The hassle-free way to pay your bill. True Natural Gas automatically drafts your bank account on the bill’s due date.
True Natural Gas automatically drafts your credit card on the bill’s due date and then sends a statement showing energy use for the month.
True Natural Gas accepts Visa, MasterCard, or Discover by phone, walk-in, or Internet payments.
When paying by credit card, True Natural Gas does not charge you a convenience fee.
If you prefer not to use a credit card, you can still pay on the Internet by e-check.
View your bill and pay by credit card or e-check through this website. Contact a Customer Service Representative to get set up for e-bill and obtain your password for access to your account online. We'll notify you each month by e-mail when your bill is ready.

A residential customer may be offered the option with True Natural Gas' approval to use a Budget Bill payment method. Often called levelized billing, a budget bill is the average of your bills over the past twelve months. It brings your highest bills down and your lowest bills up to nearly the same amount each month.
