What is your name and job title?

My name is Michael Moseley. I am the Director of Commercial Sales for True Natural Gas.

How long have you worked for True Natural Gas? 

I have been with True Natural Gas for 9 years 

What is your part of working here? 

My favorite part of working here is developing relationships and helping our customers save money on their energy cost.  I enjoy working with a caring
team that is passionate about what they do.  I like providing excellent service while giving back to the communities we serve.  It is also great to partner with other utility companies like Newnan Utilities and Sawnee EMC.  

What’s the most unique part about working here? 

It is unique and interesting to follow the market trends of natural gas.  It is interesting to see how pricing is affected by things like politics, economic changes, wars, and weather.  

What is your biggest career lesson so far? 

Relationships matter most.  This starts with our employees.  Our team is highly motivated by the mission of the company to help provide our customers competitively priced gas and exceptional service.  Relationships with our customers, partners, chambers, and consultants drive our success.  
What is your favorite part of providing customer service to True Natural Gas customers?
Responsiveness is the key to excellent service.  It is rare to get great service in the current marketplace.  Our team is working to create Raven Fans.  Customers say they are so pleasantly surprised by the way we get right back with them.  Our team has a sundown rule.  We call our customers back by the end of the day.

What’s your favorite thing to do when you aren’t working? 

I enjoy the beach, boating and fishing with family and friends.

What’s your favorite place in the world?

 
My favorite place in the world is Apalachicola, Florida

What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?

I was born in Italy, and I can speak Italian 

What is your motto or personal mantra? 

A positive attitude is the key to all the success in my life.

What is one food that you cannot resist?

I enjoy Mexican food.

The Notebook. I enjoy a great love story.
